Mr Ives is a Director of LCP Group and is a Finance & Business Advisory Executive specialising in CFO, Accounting, Company Secretarial services and Mergers and Acquisitions for private companies as well as ASX listed and public small cap companies across various industries.

He has provided IPO support assistance to numerous ASX listings of both resources and technology companies. Mr Ives is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australian and New Zealand.

He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Science.

Mr. Lee is an accomplished executive finance professional with extensive experience in the small to medium ASX-listed sector. His expertise spans early-stage exploration, R&D for robotics and construction, and biomedical devices and solutions.

As a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, Mr. Lee began his career in public practice before advancing to senior finance roles within several small to medium-cap companies. He currently serves as an Associate Director, providing CFO and Company Secretarial services to ASX-listed entities.

Mr. Lee is the Company Secretary for Kuniko Limited (ASX: KNI) and a finance executive for Green Technology Metals Limited (ASX: GT1) and RareX Limited (ASX: REE).

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, majoring in Accounting and Finance and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, having completed the CDC in 2024.

Sarkis is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in both commercial (listed and private companies) and not-for-profit sectors.

In the commercial sector, his financial expertise spans multiple industries, including mineral and O&G exploration, the marine industry, mining services and testing and certification sector.

His work has involved collaboration with various regions, including Australia, Central Asia, Europe, and North America In the not-for-profit sector, Sarkis currently serves as a Board Treasurer, supporting the missions of two organizations: the Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (PICA) and ReMida Perth.

Luke started with LCP in 2021 and has 5 years of experience in public practice accounting firms.

Luke is qualified CPA and has a Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Taxation in 2020 from Curtin University.

Luke is well skilled in the preparation of BAS’s, tax returns and financial statements and is a valuable team member.

With over 10 years of bookkeeping experience, Maria is a dedicated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong focus on accounts payable and balance sheet reconciliation.

She has a proven track record of managing financial records, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Proficient in various accounting software like Xero, MYOB and Pronto.  Her skill extends to identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Tom is an experienced corporate advisor, specialising in company secretarial and financial management services. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of CAANZ, Tom also holds a Master’s degree in Project Management.
